Pastor Shawn Elmore is Pastor of our GNCM West Virginia campus and Online Ministry. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. He has a passion for creating a safe community of believers who support, encourage, and strengthen one another. 

Malena Rachelle-Kanter helps run our online ministry. She and her wife live in the beautiful Berkshires of Massachusetts. She has two grown children and is raising two boys with her wife. She has been worship leader, licensed pastor, and women’s ministry director in several churches over the years. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Christian Counseling, and Special Education and a Master’s Degree in Crisis and Trauma. Malena has a passion for reaching and helping people who feel lost, heartbroken, hopeless, afraid, and alone. She, too, desires to create a safe space online by which people can be encouraged, strengthened, supported, and grow.
